Making Positive Connections Simple

Small Acts of Care. Lasting Community Connections.

Through trauma-informed support, we empower youth and adults with the tools to become self-sufficient leaders and achieve long-term economic independence.

Our programs in financial literacy, workforce readiness, housing solutions, and leadership development create meaningful pathways that strengthen individuals, families, and communities whom we serve.

Why We Do What We Do

Positive Connections is committed to improving stability and well-being for vulnerable populations by providing trauma-informed residential care, supportive services, and housing solutions. Operating licensed programs under the Pennsylvania Office of Children, Youth, and Families and additional community-based initiatives, we serve youth involved in the child welfare system, foster care alumni, veterans, seniors, LGBTQ+ individuals, refugees and immigrants, justice-involved individuals, survivors of trauma, and individuals experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or mental and behavioral health challenges.
